Hear from one of our amazing clients, Jess about her recent experience working with Forest to Coast Homes on her renovation and extension in Margaret River. 

How was your overall experience with Forest to Coast Homes?

My experience from start to finish was stellar! I couldn’t have been more impressed with the professionalism, communication and ‘down to earth’/grounded nature of the whole team at Forest to Coast Homes.

Being a single female having built a house before, I know all too well how people such as myself can be dismissed and ignored (particularly on a building site full of tradies) so I was incredibly happy/satisfied every step of the way in which I was treated throughout the build; with respect, kindness and camaraderie. I very highly recommend Forest to Coast Homes to anyone wanting to build their dream home.

What do you love about your new home?

EVERYTHING! Nathan and the boys have fantastic workmanship, which is clearly evident in the final product! I have had many visitors make comment on how beautiful the house is as well as how well the house has been built. I don’t think there is anything I could complain about, it really is my ‘dream come true’ home. 

How did you find the pre-construction (PAC) process?

From what I can remember it was alright, different to anything I have experienced when building before and I was quite sceptical given the cost up front, however now I understand the reasons it is in place and it makes perfect sense. Given how smoothly the build went, I couldn’t recommend it enough!

How was the communication (both in-person and written) throughout your project?

The communication with Forest to Coast is probably the highest point of praise I can give. From first point of contact to beyond the final handover, Kelly and Nathan have been 5 star. At every point throughout the build I have felt communication (both in-person and written) is welcomed and I have been attended to with a high level of care. I truly believe the team at Forest to Coast care about what they are creating for you and it shows across the board at every level.

How was the handover process?

Super fun! Handover day was the best! Everything was explained and handled well and was clear and concise. Zero complaints!

Do you have any constructive feedback for the team that may help us improve on our future projects?

Probably not all that constructive but just keep doing what you are doing guys!! I have every faith you will achieve all your goals if you keep showing up the way you do with your clients. With your positive “can do” attitude coupled with your excellent workmanship I can see Forest to Coast being highly successful and I have every faith in both of you!

I honestly can’t imagine anyone having a bad experience with you, so just keep your heads held high and keep striving!  Woohoo! Haha (I’m a F2C woo-girl!)
